Responding to COVID-19 in Africa
COVID-19 has affected all countries in Africa. In this podcast, we are taking a closer look at some specific activities supported by Danish Red Cross, that has been carried out to respond to COVID-19. From a mobile cinema in Malawi, and blockchain-based digital vouchers in Kenya to safe deliveries in Guinea. Danish Red Cross is working together with National Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies throughout Africa on raising awareness about the virus, sharing information about protection measures, enhancing access to water and sanitation and mitigating the consequences.
